Daniel refines strategic direction and drives efficiency gains by maximizing alignment with the goals of key stakeholders. He has empowered families, non-profits, and institutions to make more informed decisions regarding their resources. Beginning his career as a Wealth Management Advisor, he was a leading producer at Northwestern Mutual, where he achieved Forum status. Subsequently, at Laidlaw & Co., he provided international clients with investment access to some of today’s largest tech unicorns before they went public.

With a deep network in the investment management community, Daniel served on the Board of Directors of the CFA Society New York (formerly the New York Society of Security Analysts). During his tenure as Chief Executive Officer, he restructured and rebranded the organization and trademarked the Global Asset Owner Series®, a platform that engages investment decision-makers collectively managing over $30 trillion in assets.

Most recently, through Bar Capital Global, Daniel served as interim Executive Director of Finance for the largest outdoor cannabis grower in the Northeast. In that role, he uncovered fresh perspectives that led to operational restructuring and secured funding to support a doubling of revenue. Daniel has held the CFA Charterholder designation for twenty years.
